Experience the golden era of rail travel on this special day out by heritage train to the South Coast town of Kiama.

Join the train at your choice of Central or Sutherland Stations, before enjoying the scenic views through the Royal National Park, down the Illawarra Escarpment and along the beautiful NSW South Coast.

 

ONBOARD THE TRAIN

Sit back and relax inside one of our beautifully restored former NSW Government Railway carriages and take in the scenery, as we huff and puff our way to the South Coast.

Enjoy light snacks and refreshments, brought to your seat straight from our buffet car, throughout the journey using our online buffet ordering system.

Travel inside our open saloon cars and be part of the action as the train makes its way to the South Coast.

OPTION 1 - ALIGHT AT WOLLONGONG

Upon arrival into Wollongong, you will have around 5 hours of free time to enjoy all Wollongong has to offer! Head to the lighthouse and take in the incredible ocean views, or head to Crown street for trendy places to eat and shop!

OPTION 2 - ALIGHT AT KIAMA

Alternatively, alight at Kiama where you have just over 3 hours to explore one of Australia's most picturesque beachside towns! Enjoy one of the many beaches close to the town centre, make your way to the renowned Kiama Blowhole, or explore the historic terrace houses on Collins Street.
