AGM 2025 RSVP & VOTING
How to RSVP to attend the AGM in person
All members planning to attend AGM 2025 in person are asked to RSVP to attend for seating and catering purposes by no later than midday (12:00pm) on Thursday 13 November 2025.
​How to cast your ballot for the election of two (2) Elected Directors and/or submit your online vote in advance for AGM agenda items.

For details on how to cast your ballot and/or submit your online vote, see the 'AGM 2025 – Online Ballot & Voting Instructions' from AUSTELECT enclosed with your Notice of AGM.

​Your Notice of AGM includes your individual AUSTELECT login ID and password.
​
​Balloting, online voting or appointment of a proxy all close at midday (12:00pm) on Thursday 13 November 2025.

Members are reminded that the ballot for the election of an Elected Director closes as above on Thursday 13 November 2025 and that members cannot cast their ballot in person at the AGM.
