Customer service opportunities (casual)

Transport Heritage NSW, operators of the NSW Rail Museum, are looking for a number of energetic, flexible, well-presented and experienced individuals to join our Front of House Customer Engagement Team.

We are looking for a friendly, natural customer service approach, excellent customer service skills both in person and over the telephone; someone who is confident in everything customer service from dealing with customer enquiries, using point of sale and ticket booking systems, to solving customer problems; and those who enjoy working work with a diverse range of people.

The NSW Rail Museum is a seven (7) day a week operation, with rostered hours across both weekdays and weekends.
